Restore, Release, Reconnect.

Your session time is reserved especially for you. In order to honour both your healing journey and my time, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full session fee.

No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without notice) will also be charged the full session fee.

If you are running late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments, and the full session fee will apply.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to respond with compassion.
